+ How the PROCESS works +
1. Artwork: created via computer or drawn out and emailed or put on disk.
2. Color Separations: Each color on design needs to be separated for films.
3. Films/Screens: Each color put on films then burnt on to a screen.
4. Setup: Each screen put on press and registered.
5. Ink/Print: Off to printing land.
6. Cure: Each garment is placed in oven to cure ink.
7. Packed / Shipped / Pickup

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING:
• Artwork needs to be finalized and meet artwork specs. Charges may occur depending on artwork provided. We'll let you know.
• In order to start a printing order, we need a 50% deposit of full order. We accept Visa & Mastercard.
• Minimum of 24 pieces per design & garment style.
• You may choose the sizes and quantities however you want but it must be atleast 24 pieces for the same design.
• Screen Set up Fees (prepping of screens for printing): $25.00 for each Screen or “color” used in a design.
• Flip Charge (Printing on an additional area of the garment): $0.50 for the first color, $0.35 each additional color.
• Size XXL and above are $1.50 extra each.
• Ink Swap (changing color of ink used in a run of garments): $10.00 each color, each time it’s changed.
